The role:

Our dedicated Investment Management department is currently looking to recruit an IFA Administrator to join one of the largest law firm providers of independent financial advice in the UK, and will be based in our Nottingham office.  The individual needs to be highly motivated with a desire and passion for a career within wealth management. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to apply their skills and knowledge in a demanding yet supportive team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

 Handling client data using our back-office system (Intelliflo office),

  • Managing Advisor’s diaries and dealing with general client administration,
  • Managing group pension data,
  • Processing mail merges for bulk reporting processes and communications to clients, and,
  • Processing administrative changes to client portfolios on platforms and WRAP products. 

To be successful in applying for this role, you must possess excellent client care skills, be technically strong with an eye for detail and have the ability to communicate effectively. You must also be reliable, organised, able to work in a busy environment, possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and be enthusiastic.
